VAT Information

SmartOffice provides cross-border B2B services as a Georgian Individual Entrepreneur. Under § 13b UStG (Reverse Charge), the German service recipient is liable for VAT. No Georgian VAT is charged.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. My email address is listed above. I am not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
